Purpose of Collection

Information is collected solely for the purpose of assessing architectural engagement relevance. It is not used for marketing, profiling, resale, or any purpose beyond qualification assessment.

Data Retention

Submissions not qualifying for engagement are not retained beyond 30 days. Active engagement data is retained for the duration of the project plus three years, in accordance with professional records obligations.

Third-Party Disclosure

Northwrks does not share, sell, or transfer personal data to third parties. No advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers receive any information from this environment.

Any operational, environmental, or organizational information submitted through the engagement form is treated as confidential by default. Northwrks applies professional discretion to all submitted context regardless of whether an engagement proceeds.

Northwrks collects only what is strictly necessary to assess engagement relevance. No supplementary data is sought, inferred, or retained beyond what is submitted.

Architectural Position

Northwrks designs environments for operational longevity. Structures designed to be controlled, resilient, and maintainable inherently reduce lifecycle impact. We treat sustainability as a design constraint, not a marketing position.

• Structural resilience reduces replacement and remediation cycles
• Controlled adjacency reduces energy inefficiency caused by unmanaged spatial interaction

Reporting

Northwrks does not publish a standalone sustainability report. Sustainability impact is assessed at the project level as part of structural and operational design review. Clients may request project-level sustainability documentation as part of engagement deliverables.

Digital Environment

This website is designed for operational efficiency. No external analytics, advertising platforms, or unnecessary scripts are loaded. Font loading is optimized. No video or autoplay media is deployed. The digital footprint of this environment is minimal by design.

Security Disclosure

Site Security Standards

• All data transmission occurs over TLS 1.2 or higher
• No third-party scripts are loaded from external domains
• No user accounts, authentication systems, or stored credentials exist on this environment
• Form submissions are validated server-side before processing
• No database access is exposed to the public-facing environment

Responsible Disclosure

If you identify a genuine security vulnerability in this environment, Northwrks asks that you disclose it responsibly. Do not exploit, publish, or share the vulnerability before it has been addressed.

Submit vulnerability reports via the contact form with the subject line "Security Disclosure." Include a clear description of the issue, reproduction steps, and potential impact. Northwrks will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days.

Out of Scope

• Social engineering or phishing attempts targeting Northwrks staff
• Denial of service or volumetric attacks
• Physical security testing
• Reports generated by automated scanners without manual verification

No Bug Bounty

Northwrks does not operate a paid bug bounty program. Responsible disclosures are acknowledged and addressed but do not result in financial compensation.
